After reading Amandine's thread, I've been thinking about what I want from this category. As an adult, I can talk about embarrassment, kindness and what I understand differently now. I don't want to post intimate descriptions or identify anyone from those years. Does that approach work for others?
Very much. I wanted to talk about the effect of people's words. I didn't need to describe an incident for that.
It works for me. We can leave names and identifying details out and still have a meaningful conversation.
Thanks. I find it easier to write when I know I can leave things out.
