I packed for an afternoon out and somehow ended up carrying enough for a weekend. Spare diaper, underwear, disposal bags, wipes, another spare because apparently I don't trust the first spare. What do you actually use?

A small zipped pouch inside my normal backpack. The pouch is the useful part: I can take it out without bringing the entire backpack into a cubicle.

Spare clothes take most of my space. I rolled them together instead of adding separate little bags for everything. Less elegant, more room.
