Premium removes the ten-message trial ceiling. It does not remove every operational limit: the current chat permits up to ten requests per minute and waits for one reply to finish before accepting the next. It also does not add voice calls, photo generation or a permanent memory feature.
How to subscribe without linking the wrong account
- Sign in to the chat account you intend to keep using.
- Choose the subscription button inside Lily.
- Review the monthly plan, billing details and final amount on Shopify.
- Complete checkout if the offer suits you.
- Return to Lily and select Refresh membership.
Your chat account and Shopify customer account have different jobs. Lily manages the conversation; Shopify manages the subscription payment. Starting from the chat’s subscription button creates the link between them. Buying through an unrelated link or opening another chat account can make that link harder to identify.
What does the membership status tell you?
Once a payment is recognised, Lily displays Premium access and an expiry date. That date describes the current paid access period. Renewals are handled through the Shopify subscription, so use Manage subscription to check the ongoing billing arrangement.
If checkout completed but Premium has not appeared, refresh the membership once and confirm that you are signed in to the intended chat account. Keep your order reference for support. Repeating checkout is not a useful first troubleshooting step because it could create an additional purchase.
Cancellation and account deletion are separate
Cancelling the Shopify subscription stops future scheduled renewals. Normally, already-paid Lily access continues until its displayed expiry date, unless the underlying order is refunded or cancelled. Deleting the chat account does not cancel the subscription.
