How to Cancel Your ABDL Girlfriend Subscription with Lily

Where to manage renewals, what happens to paid access, and the order to follow before deleting an account.

By ABDL Girlfriend · Published

To cancel future renewals of your Lily ABDL girlfriend subscription, use the Shopify subscription management linked from the chat. Signing out, clearing the conversation or deleting a Lily account does not itself cancel Shopify billing.

The steps below help you find the right subscription and confirm the result. The exact management screen can vary, so follow the labels and confirmation shown in your customer account.

Before you begin

Keep access to the email used for the subscription purchase and, if available, your order reference. Sign in to Lily and note the Premium access date displayed in the membership area. That gives you a useful reference when checking what remains available after cancellation.

Lily’s chat login and the Shopify customer account are separate. You may need to sign in again when moving from the chat to the subscription management page. Use the customer account associated with the purchase, rather than assuming any other Shopify account will show it.

Find and cancel the subscription

  1. Open Lily and sign in to your chat account.
  2. Choose Manage subscription in the membership area.
  3. Open the active subscription associated with Lily or ABDL Girlfriend.
  4. Review the available cancellation control and confirm if you want to stop future renewals.
  5. Check the resulting subscription status and retain the confirmation for your records.

Do not rely only on closing the page or leaving checkout. The relevant evidence is the subscription status or cancellation confirmation in Shopify. If no subscription appears, check the purchase email and order details before concluding that there is nothing to cancel.

What happens to access you have already paid for?

Normally, a cancelled subscription can leave the current paid Lily access active until its displayed expiry date. An underlying order cancellation or refund can change that access. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are different actions.

Return to Lily and refresh membership if you want to check the current access status. For refund questions, consult the store’s published policy or contact support with your order reference. This walkthrough does not alter your purchase terms or promise a particular refund outcome.

If you also want to delete your chat account

Handle the subscription first. Then, if you want to remove the account and its messages from Lily, use the account-deletion control and read its confirmation carefully. Deletion is not needed merely to stop renewal, and it removes the account you would otherwise use to revisit the chat.

If you only want to remove conversation messages, Clear chat is a different control. It leaves the account and its billing arrangement in place. The history guide explains what that action does.

What if you cannot reach the management page?

Try opening the management link in your normal browser and confirm the customer email used for the purchase. If the subscription still cannot be located, use the store contact page. Describe the problem and provide the order reference; never send a password or full payment-card details.

You can also review the membership overview to distinguish the chat account, paid access period and ongoing subscription. Keeping those three parts clear makes cancellation much less confusing.
